- Timothy B. Darby was born and raised in Lakeland, Florida. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida with a double major in political science and criminology in 2004, and his juris doctor degree from the Florida Costal School of Law in 2008. Tim joined his father in the practice of law on October 1, 2009, and they formed the Darby Law Group, P.A. His areas of practice include elder law, estate planning, guardianship, probate, Medicaid planning, local government law, intellectual property law, and entertainment and sports law. Tim married his high school sweetheart Brittany in 2006 and welcomed their first child in March 2010.
